Hands-on orthopedic care, education on the injury, and a personalized home exercise program.
Education on the injury
Time in the visit for a clear explanation of the injury and what the plan is asking you to do.
Home exercise program
Personalized exercises you keep doing after you leave Suite B. The goal is independence.
What the first hour covers
The opening visit is the evaluation. This is how that hour is used.
